“They don’t have to have a special word/spelling for everything”
I think instead of ‘special’ you meant ‘original’ or ‘correct’ ;P
Love you guys, great podcast, please come to England (come see the beautifully *coloured* leaves of the trees as you drive down the *motorway* on the *correct side of the road*. It would be an *honour* to have you visit for a *holiday*) <3
I’ve just got to the bit near the desalination plant.
(Where DG is -ahem- off for a hike…)
…and I was waiting for you guys to break into a chorus of “They Walk By Night..!” from ‘Stand By Me’!
Really impressed by how hardcore Joz is playing for this one.
By the way, the best way to shove the dinosaurs off the path would have been Shove (GURPS Campaigns page 372, under unarmed combat)
“Shove: You can shove a foe with one or both arms. Roll against DX or Sumo Wrestling to hit. Your foe may block, dodge, or parry. If you hit, roll thrust/crushing damage – at -1 per die, if you used only one hand – and double it. This inflicts knockback (see Knockback, p. 378), but never actual physical injury.”
Either that or Judo throws if you had someone with Judo.
PS could we get a superhero movie reroll? I just want to see Joz get her hands on someone with Superhuman powers and combat abilities. Maybe Fantastic 4 with Joz as the Human Torch?
“So I don’t know how to manually kill an animal?” might just be the new leading contender for biggest laugh I’ve ever gotten from the show.
That is not an Australian accent. Thats a cockney irish/scottish chimney sweeper orphan.
